HOW TO DO AN AT-HOME PEDICURE
Sarah Legall, manager
of Zest’s favourite new nail bar,
The Nail Lounge gives her tips.
- Shape – Nails should be no longer than the end
of your toes and dead straight to avoid ingrowing problems. Filing
is the best way to shape them.
- Soften – After
applying a cuticle remover, soak your feet to soften them.
Attack hard skin with a foot file and then smother feet with
a rich cream – try
Lush Fair Trade Foot Lotion.
- Polish – Wipe off excess cream and apply polish
including a base and clear top coat. To stay chip-free,
reapply the top coat every few days.
